Annual Barrel Care Plan

Our Annual Barrel Care Plan is a yearly subscription that ensures your curling barrel attachments are automatically replaced each year, keeping your 5-in-1 multistyler performing at its best. The following policy governs cancellations, refunds, and changes to your subscription.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your Annual Barrel Care Plan at any time by:
  • Logging into your account at rosiestyler.com and navigating to My Subscriptions
  • Contacting our customer support team at info@rosiestyler.com
  • Using the cancellation link included in your original subscription confirmation email
We aim to process all cancellation requests within 2 business days.

When Cancellations Take Effect

Shipment Already Dispatched

If your replacement barrel has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles. To request a refund on a dispatched shipment, please contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you do not wish to cancel permanently, you may pause your subscription for up to 6 months. During a pause, no charges will be applied and no shipments will be sent. To pause your subscription, contact our support team or manage it directly from your account portal.

Changes to Your Subscription

You may update your barrel type, delivery address, or payment method at any time through your account portal or by contacting support. Changes made before your next renewal date will apply to the upcoming cycle.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the barrel has been used or is returned in a condition other than its original state.
